A giant thank-you to all great people who have shared another year of life and work with me. To all those who always take the time to show me that I am absent, being missed or should move to the very same continent again. Thanks to all the interesting and kind beings who have newly dropped into my life.
You hard-working people out there, near and far: I wish a restful turn of the year full of warmth and closeness, within the circle of friends and beloved.
Let us all share a pot full of life, treat each other with care, enjoy togetherness full of tranquillity with healthy, sustainable, nourishing and strengthening slow-food and also think of those whose pots cannot always be filled.

Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an alle großartigen Menschen, die noch ein weiteres Lebens- und Arbeitsjahr mit mir rumgebracht haben. An Alle die sich stets die Mühe machen mir zu zeigen, dass ich fehle, vermisst werde oder mich gefälligst wieder auf den glei-chen Kontinent bewegen soll. Danke an alle interessanten und liebenswürdigen Wesen, die neu in mein Leben gedropt sind.
Ihr fleißigen Menschen da draußen, nah und fern: Ich wünsche einen erholsamen Jahreswechsel voller Wärme und Nähe, im Rahmen von Freunden und Geliebten.
Lasst uns alle einen Pot voll Leben teilen, Achtsam miteinander umgehen, gemeinsam, voller Ruhe, gesundes, nachhaltiges, nähr- & stärkendes Slow-Food genießen und auch an diejenigen denken, deren Töpfe nicht immer gefüllt sein können.
