A seal with corners - and mountains.
Logo development for the great photographer duo Linda & Flo. The name "LiFES." was composed out of the first names and surnames of the two - this is continued in the logo. Based on the arrow directions of a compass, the first letters of the two first names are the cardinal points north and south. At the same time, the "F" forms a stylized mountain landscape.
Already the German graphic designer, typographer and author Prof. Kurt Weidemann {*1922 - † 2011} used to say that the quality of a logo is recognizable by whether one can draw it in the sand with the big toe.
LiFES proved this in March 2017 on a paradisiacal beach in Sri Lanka! Thanks for the great photo and enjoy every minute of your time!
